Slit Lamps and Keratometers/Ophthalmometers

We can provide repair and service on all makes and models of Slit Lamps and Keratometers. We also supply replacement lamps for virtually all makes and models of these instruments.

Slit Lamps
When servicing slit lamps, we check for alignment of the illumination and viewing optics, the correct focus of the binocular, the integrity of the illumination and the general ease of use. We also make sure the optics are nice and clean.

Keratometers/Ophthalmometers
There are many different types of keratometer and all need to be regularly checked for calibration accuracy. The calibration check needs to be performed at 2 different radius of curvature to ensure accuracy. There are many factors which can affect the calibration and we ensure your instrument is reading accurately and can perform re-calibration if required. We also supply replacement lamps for most models.
