The Henson 3000 is a uses a BBC based computer to operate which is now quite antiquated but it still performs it's job well.
Because of the age of this instrument, it is not usually cost effective to perform major repairs but Henson 3000's tend to be very reliable.
If the printer has no power, check the mains connection underneath the base of the Henson 3000.
